...is it really necessary to infer that I'm somehow trying to be a smart ass? I was just relating what I read yesterday, and correcting a mistake that was found. I am not hungry to find fault with Privacy and Publicity. I like it a lot so far. Find it thought provoking even.

I'm not sure I completely agree with Reik's distinction, however. Nor do I completely agree with Benjamin's/Colomina's distinction of Erfahrung and Erlebnis. On this I have elaborated above. Why not comment on that?
