A $100 million plan to make over [the Free] library [of Philadelphia on Logan Circle of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway]
The Free Library of Philadelphia (Central Branch), along with its twin Family Court building, reenacts the palaces of Paris' Place de la Concorde. I think I'll try to contact the competing architects to let them know some more about the Benjamin Franklin Parkway and what else it reenacts.
