During a brief persecution of Christians by Maximinus Thrax (235-238 AD) there is a mention of churches being burned. I do not have the exact reference.
The conversion of a house into a church at Dura-Europos is dated to the 230s.
At the end of the persecution initiated by Valerian in the 250s, an edict of Gallienus restored to Christians their places of worship and their cemeteries.
And the churches mentioned in connection with the persecution in the early 4th century.
