KNOW all men that Lasse Cock, Gunner Ramboe, Andrew Swanson, Hanse Monson, Andrew Brugdron, Mounce Cock, John Cock, Peter Nealson, Swan Swanson for hiomself and in the right of Andrew Salung, Errick Mullecre, Christian Thompson, Mully Nelson, John Maceson, Wooly Swanson, John Stelley, Sasse Anderson, Mitchell Nelson, John Harper. In right of Eric Cock, Walter King, Thomas Fairman for and in consideration of one hundred Gildern a piece to then paid by the Society of Traders their heir and successors for ever by those present HAVE given granted enscoffed by these presents confirmed forever unto the said Society of Tyraders All the tract of Land (formerly laid to the said Swedes) and on the twenty-ninth day of the seventh month 1686 payed out by the Surveyo(r) Genera(l) order in Benjamin Chambers President of the Society by vested of a warrant from the commissioners dated the 22th day of the Tenth Month aforesaid situate in the Liberties of the City of Philadelphia beginning at a corner black Oak standing on the Shaxomaxunt Northeasterly line from thence East North East by the said Line forty-eight perches to a corner white oak Northeast 160 perches to a corner tree Standing by Frankford Creek near the bridge thence up the several courses of the said creek to a corner Walter King's land from thence south sixty perches by the said King's land 252 perches thence South 35 degrees easterly 150 perches to that place of beginning containing two hundred acres of land TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said two hundred acres of land and premises with the appurtenances unto the said Society of Traders and their successors for use of them the Said Society and and their successors for ever PAYING the yearly quit claim rent thereof accrueing to the proprietor and his heirs AND the siad successors and their heirs the hereby granted premises with the appurtenances unto the said Society and their successors them and their heirs against all others claiming or to claim by them or bind them or any of them shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these persons and have made David Lloyd their attorney to deliver these presents in open court at Philadelphia according to law.
