Morning misty, clouds with drizzling showers. Caleb Hallowell, married to Mary Child, daughter of John Child late of Frankford died. I spent the afternoon in drawing draft of a deed from the Estate[?] of Samuel Morris to Samuel Longstreth for two houses in Market Street, his store and the next eastward, which he bought at auction Tuesday evening for $20,100.
